Questions about our camps

  1. What should I bring?

    Work out shorts & shirt

    Tennis shoes or cleats ( if you have them)

    Sun screen if needed

    Any needed medication (inhaler, diabetic med., etc.)

    Great attitude!!!

    Water will be provided.



  2. Can I sign up for more than one session?

    Yes!  The more you do, the better prepared you are for your sport.

  3. My son/daughter has never done a camp before. How intense is it?

    The camps are set so that each athlete can go at their own pace.  We will encourage them to do the best they can at each station/drill.  The intensity can be adjusted by the athlete and their progess.

  4. Is there weight training involved?

    We will be teaching the athletes how to use their body weight for training.  It is important to us that the athletes be able to control their body weight with movements that will build strength, flexibility and self confidence.

Questions about registration

  1. I can't seem to register online

    No problem.  Just show up a few minutes early to your session and register then.  If possible, call or email us and let us know what session to expect you.

  2. Can I pay at the camp?

    Yes.  All registration paper work and payments must be done before you begin your session.
